Partner

Matthew brings a decade of experience in alternative investments, the exempt market, capital markets, and currency risk management. Matthew is the CEO of publicly-listed NextGen Digital Platforms Inc., and the founder of a private-fund consulting firm, serving family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional clients. In addition, Matthew has completed ~$4M in gut-and -renovate multi family conversions since 2021.

Ziad Nassar

Partner

 Ziad brings a decade of experience in real estate development. While at Greybrook Realty Partners, he underwrote, structured, and project managed residential real estate developments across Canada, with over $3 billion of completion value. Prior to joining Greybrook, Ziad worked in acquisitions and development under the Managing Director at Kaneff Properties, a Peel Peel-based real estate development and asset management company.
